The purpose of the position is project management

The tasks as a specialist for the organization of B2B and B2C fairs include:

  • creating a project,
  • responsibility for the project budget
  • cooperation with clients, sale of services,
  • preparation and presentation of offers meeting the needs of customers,
  • managing a project team,
  • registration in CRM of activities.

Requirements:

  • higher education,
  • sales / negotiation skills (minimum 1 year of experience supported by the  results of a service / product trader),
  • readiness for domestic / foreign business trips,
  • good organization of own work,
  • knowledge of English (advanced level) - knowledge of a second foreign language will be an additional advantage,
  • active driving license, category B,
  • ability to cooperate / work in a team,
  • the ability to make decisions,
  • openness to changes,
  • ability to deal with stress,
  • Feeling of responsibility,
  • planning skills,
  • experience in organizing mass events,
  • knowledge of the sports and recreation / tourism / hunting / equestrian industry.
